How long will this process take?

After speaking with you an Estimator will be assigned to come and inspect your property. We will meet with you as soon as possible and in most cases, within 2 hours of your call. After our initial inspection we will be able to give you a better idea of a repair schedule.

Do I have to pay for an inspection?

We provide a free inspection of your property.

When do I pay my deductible?

We will need your deductible along with the signed contract in order to get a Field Supervisor assigned to your project and to get your repairs scheduled.

Can I do additional work above my insurance scope?

Yes, this is something that we’d be happy to assist you with and is a common practice when someone has damage to their home.

Do you work after hours and on the weekends?
